Host Interns

At HCC, we’re intentional about partnering with employers who share our commitment to shaping future health leaders. Hosting interns is a simple, cost-effective way to access top talent, boost project capacity, and mentor mission-driven students—many of whom bring valuable community connections and go on to graduate study or join your team. Our partnerships create a scenario where everyone wins.

Your Role as a Host Organization:

  • Offer paid, full-time educational internship opportunities during the summer, fall, or full academic year
  • Provide interns with meaningful projects and learning opportunities
  • Dedicate a preceptor to provide guidance and mentorship
  • Offer exposure to leadership, structure, operations, and decisions
