California Health Professions Consortium
The California Health Professions Consortium (CHPC) is a statewide coalition dedicated to strengthening California’s health workforce by expanding access to health careers and supporting regional efforts to recruit, train, and retain local talent.
With more than 400 members representing a full spectrum of key health professions organizations throughout the state of California, CHPC brings together leaders across direct service delivery, education (K–12 through university), health pipeline programs, policy, and advocacy.
CHPC facilitates quarterly virtual meetings, hosts an annual statewide conference, convenes several subcommittees and affiliated networks to drive collective action:
- Experienced Pathway Network
- Regional Health Workforce Innovation Network

- Leadership Network Subcommittee
- Distinguished Alumni Advisory

CHPC is supported by a grant from The California Wellness Foundation.
